 What if I am in between hat sizes?

We recommend that you go the size up and use a hat filler. These are inexpensive and can be purchased from hat shops or department stores. MA hats are designed to sit high on the head.

If my item is on preorder how long will it take?

Preorder takes approximately 4-6 weeks. We will be in contact once your item has been made and let you know that it's been despatched.


Will the linen pyjamas shrink when washed?

Our linens have been pre washed prior to production to minimise shrinking. However, we advise that the instructions on the care label (attached to the inner of the shirt) be followed to avoid any issues.

How do I care for my product?

Each product will come with a care card and these instructions should be followed. They can also be found on our website for your convenience. All MA products are hand made by our craftsman and subtle variances are something to celebrate and cherish.

What if I changed my mind?

We offer an exchange or credit note for change of mind purchases if we received notification within 7 days. The item must be returned in original packing and unworn. Return shipping is at the customers expense. More information can be found under the'Shipping and Returns' section of our website

What happens if my item is faulty?

We value quality and have a thorough quality assurance process to ensure that your products are without fault. If you have received a faulty item please contact us. If the fault is deemed to exist then you will be offered a replacement or a refund. More information can be found under the'Shipping and Returns' section of our website.
